Ingredients

• Active Ingredient
  • Estradiol Valerate (2mg)
  • A synthetic form of oestrogen used in hormone replacement therapy (HRT)

  • Lactose monohydrate
  • Maize starch

  • Talc
  • Magnesium stearate
  • Sucrose
  • Macrogol 6000
  • Calcium carbonate
  • Titanium dioxide (E171)

Usage

• General Dosage:
  • The recommended dose is one tablet daily.
• For Postmenopausal Women:
  • Take one tablet per day without a break.
• For Women with an Intact Uterus:
  • A progestogen should be added for at least 12–14 days per cycle to reduce the risk of endometrial hyperplasia.
• When to Start:
  • If switching from another HRT regimen, follow your doctor’s instructions.
  • For first-time users, start on day 1 of your menstrual cycle if applicable.
• Administration Instructions:
  • Take with water, swallow whole, do not crush or chew.
  • Can be taken with or without food.
  • Take at the same time daily for best results.
• Missed Dose:
  • If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is close to the next dose.
  • Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
• Duration of Treatment:
  • Use as prescribed by your doctor.

Precautions

• Medical Conditions:
  • Do not use if you have a history of breast cancer, endometrial cancer, or estrogen-dependent tumors. Avoid if you have undiagnosed vaginal bleeding. Not recommended for individuals with severe liver disease or active liver disorders.
  • Use with caution if you have a history of blood clots, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), or pulmonary embolism.
• Cardiovascular Health:

• Diabetes & Other Conditions:

• Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
  • Not suitable for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
  • If you become pregnant while on treatment, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
• Blood Clot Risks:
  • May increase the risk of venous thromboembolism (VTE).
  • Avoid prolonged periods of immobility (e.g., long flights, surgery recovery).
