Ponaxen 45mg contains Ponatinib, a potent tyrosine kinase inhibitor used in treating chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL). It targets and blocks the activity of specific proteins (BCR-ABL) that cause uncontrolled cell growth in blood cancers. Ponaxen 45mg is especially effective in patients resistant to other therapies or with the T315I mutation. Taken orally, it should be used exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
